Arlyne is a therapist passionate about helping individuals bridge the connection between the body and mind. Many people navigate life from a primarily cognitive perspective, especially outdoor enthusiasts who are always planning the next climb, descent, or trail. Yet, it’s the body that powers those adventures! As a somatic therapist, Arlyne supports clients in uncovering how trauma, stress, and overwhelming emotions can become stuck in the body, creating barriers to growth and healing. Arlyne's approach to therapy is nontraditional, blending storytelling, movement, bodily sensation, and emotional exploration. This process deepens self-connection and fosters lasting transformation. Arlyne often works with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients; however, this approach is also great for intellectualizers, those who feel disconnected from themselves, those who easily become overwhelmed, and truly anybody ready to deepen their relationship with their body and its innate wisdom. Together, clients unlock their body’s unique language, cultivating awareness, resilience, and a renewed sense of self.
